Our Senshi (Warrior) collection is our first ever model released using the Seiko VH31 quartz movement, a traditional quartz movement beats 1 tick per second whereas the VH31 ticks 4 times per second giving this watch a smoother sweep of the seconds hand resembling an automatic movement..
The key benefits of a quartz movement are low servicing costs, typically a battery replacement every 2-3 years, extremely accurate timekeeping, +/- 15 seconds per month, much more accurate then automatic movements and of course the ability to grab and go knowing your watch will always be set to the correct time.
