Introducing the Shizen, our all-new 38mm field watch. Named after the Japanese word for “Nature,” the Shizen was designed from the ground up to be your everyday companion—ready to go wherever life takes you.
We spent months refining every detail, focusing on the features that matter when a watch is expected to perform in any environment. The result is a purpose-built field watch that combines durability, legibility, reliability, and understated design in a compact 38mm package.
The Shizen features our first-ever fixed-lug case design, eliminating traditional spring bars and helping prevent the risk of a broken watch pin causing you to lose your watch during demanding or extreme situations.
For additional durability, the case is finished with a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating, providing a tough, highly wear-resistant surface designed to withstand the rigours of everyday exploration.
The dial features hand-applied indices filled with industry-leading BGW9 Super-LumiNova, delivering excellent visibility in low-light conditions. A finely textured matte dial surface helps reduce reflections and enhances legibility, keeping the focus exactly where it belongs—the time.
At the heart of the Shizen is the Miyota 9039 Japanese automatic movement, a proven and reliable movement chosen for its combination of performance, durability, and dependability.
Each Shizen comes with your choice of premium FKM rubber NATO straps, paired with a DLC-coated buckle for a cohesive, durable finish.
